We human beings have been conditioned in many ways through our culture, society and even your DNA together with personality and interior aspects of your psyche. Often, either we don’t know this or we simply forget about it which makes a lot of aspects of ourselves and our lives left unknown, in other words in your unconscious. And by definition, anything that is unconscious cannot be seen, yet remains in your interior exerting an influence in you and ultimately, your sports performance. Through an individualized sports coaching programme I will help you uncover your potential through making what is unconscious in you something that you will be able to see and act upon, instead of it being “there” disturbing your performance in sport without you knowing that this is actually happening. You will become closer to your potential and with it you will soon see an improvement in your performance in sport.

My integral approach to improving sports performance takes into account physical (training and competitive load, recovery, sleep patterns, diet, illnesses) and psychological (emotional responses to training, competition and life in general) aspects of your sports training, but also relational factors (like the dynamics between yourself and your parents, your coach and friends) and general aspects of your life like school or work stress. As such, I do not focus solely on your physical demands per se, or your psychological responses, or your relationships. Instead, I use a powerful sports motivation coaching model that enables a coherent and grounded interpretation of your life as a whole, together with an intuitive and heart-felt compassion of yourself as a human.
